Why isn’t my password saved?

Flow allows you to save your username, password, or both using cookies. However, your IT department’s security policy may not allow using cookies to save your credentials.

If your organization does allow cookies, and your password still isn’t saved, follow these steps to make sure the password is saved:

  1. When you sign into Flow, make sure you select the [Remember me] check box:
  1. Check your web browser settings, to make sure that cookies are enabled.

The next time you sign in, if your details still aren’t saved, contact your organization’s IT department.
