Why can’t I reset my password?
Having trouble resetting your password?
- Make sure your email address is correct on this screen:

- Check your Junk email folder. Look for Flow’s email with the password change link
- To make sure emails from Flow reach your inbox, use the help for your email program:
- Designating safe emails in Microsoft Outlook—See the Outlook Help on the Microsoft site.
- Designating safe emails in Google Gmail—See the Gmail Help on Google’s website.
- Ask your IT administrator to make sure that your sign-in email is the same email address that is in the Flow system.
- If none of the steps above work, ask your IT administrator to contact Flow support.
