Why can’t I reset my password?

Having trouble resetting your password?

  1. Make sure your email address is correct on this screen:
  1. Check your Junk email folder. Look for Flow’s email with the password change link
  2. To make sure emails from Flow reach your inbox, use the help for your email program:
    • Designating safe emails in Microsoft Outlook—See the Outlook Help on the Microsoft site.
    • Designating safe emails in Google Gmail—See the Gmail Help on Google’s website.
  3. Ask your IT administrator to make sure that your sign-in email is the same email address that is in the Flow system.
  4. If none of the steps above work, ask your IT administrator to contact Flow support.
