Why aren’t I getting system emails from Flow?

We regularly monitor the Flow email system. If you don’t receive a system email (such as a password reset, reading assignment, editing, etc.) check your Junk folder for the message.

  1. Flow emails going to your Junk email folder?
    Contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist messages from the flowdms.com domain.

If the emails still end up in your Junk folder, open a ticket with the Flow customer service center by sending an email to support@flowdms.com. Make sure to include your IT admin’s contact information.

2. Flow emails not in your Junk folder?
Contact Flow customer service by sending an email to support@flowdms.com. Make sure to include your contact information.
