Related Documents

Each document can be linked to documents in the system, or external links (Internet / Intranet addresses).

Add a related document

  1. Navigate to the document page
  2. Go to the ‘Related Documents’ tab
  3. Start typing the name of the document or its number, and select it from the list that opens
  4. Click ‘Add’

The added document will be displayed to users in the top bar of the screen, in the Related Documents box.

Add a link to a web address

  1. Click ‘Add External Link’
  2. Type a web address and a label that will appear to users in the system.

The added link will be displayed to users in the top bar of the screen, in the Related Documents box.
