Related Documents
Each document can be linked to documents in the system, or external links (Internet / Intranet addresses).
Add a related document
- Navigate to the document page
- Go to the ‘Related Documents’ tab
- Start typing the name of the document or its number, and select it from the list that opens
- Click ‘Add’
The added document will be displayed to users in the top bar of the screen, in the Related Documents box.
Add a link to a web address
- Click ‘Add External Link’
- Type a web address and a label that will appear to users in the system.
The added link will be displayed to users in the top bar of the screen, in the Related Documents box.
